What we're building next.

Three things we are working on now. None of them is available yet — this page exists so you know where we are going, not so you can buy it today. If one of them matters to your next tender, tell us and we will say honestly how far off it is.

BOQ health check, against the drawings.

Consultant-produced bills of quantities and the pre-tender estimate, checked against the IFC drawings they were measured from. The aim is that a QS can see what is missing, what is overstated, what is understated and where a human error has crept in — before the tender is floated rather than after the bids disagree.

Why it matters: a tender is only as good as the BOQ it goes out with. Every error in that document is priced by every bidder, and then argued about after award.

02

A quantity takeoff assistant.

Help for the QS building the bill in the first place — getting from drawings to a measured, structured BOQ as quickly as the work allows, instead of line by line by hand.

Why it matters: takeoff is the slowest, most repetitive part of the pre-tender programme, and the part where fatigue turns into cost.

Concept to 3D, and marketing renders, in hours.

For master developers: 3D generation and marketing-quality renders produced from concept in hours, where a consultant engagement usually takes weeks.

Why it matters: early-stage decisions and launch material both wait on visuals. Shortening that wait changes what can be tested before committing to a scheme.

Commercial intelligence for other tender-heavy industries.

The same bid comparison, benchmarking and project intelligence that works for construction tenders applied to other industries where procurement is complex and no two submissions are written the same way. Early candidates: hospitality FF&E fit-outs, FMCG supply contracts, infrastructure civils packages and government services RFQs — anywhere a procurement team receives multiple detailed submissions and needs to compare them systematically rather than by hand.

Why it matters: the underlying problem is not specific to construction. Scope gaps, pricing differences and buried qualifications cost money in every industry that runs competitive tenders.

Nothing on this page is available today. We would rather publish what we are working on than imply it already exists. For what is live now, see bid comparison, benchmarking and asking your project.
