What we collect, and what we do with it.

Remo AI has one form: the pilot enquiry chat on the homepage. This page describes exactly what that form stores, who else processes it, and how to have it removed.

What the enquiry chat collects

You type these into the chat. Name, company and email are required; the rest you can skip.

Name, company and work email
Phone number, if you give one
Company type, your role, and whether you are a consultant interested in partnering
Project location, project type, typical project size, tenders per year and bidders per tender
Whether you have a live tender, and what you are interested in
Anything you write in the free-text notes field

What is recorded alongside it

When you submit the form, we also store:

The page address you submitted from, and the referring site if your browser sent one
Your browser's user-agent string
How long you took to complete the chat, which we use to detect automated submissions
A salted, one-way hash of your IP address

We do not store your IP address. It is hashed with a secret salt before anything is written, and only the hash is kept. It lets us spot repeated abuse from one connection; it cannot be turned back into an IP address.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and to judge whether a pilot makes sense. The basis is your consent: the chat will not submit until you tick the box confirming you are happy to be contacted about it. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.

We do not sell this data, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles of you.

Cookies and session recording

Vercel's analytics is cookieless and counts page views and referrers only. It does not identify you.

Microsoft Clarity does set cookies, and records how visitors move through the page — scrolling, clicking, and mouse movement — so we can see where the page confuses people.

The enquiry chat is excluded from session recording. It is explicitly masked, so what you type into it — your name, email, phone and notes — is not captured in replays. We can see how far someone got through the chat, not who they were.

You can opt out of Clarity by using your browser's Do Not Track setting or a tracker-blocking extension; the site works normally without it.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it. Enquiries do not expire automatically, because a tender conversation can restart a year later and we would rather still have the context than ask you to repeat yourself. If you would prefer we did not, email remo@byremo.ai and we will remove your record.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Tell you what we hold about you, and send you a copy
Correct anything that is wrong
Delete your enquiry entirely
Stop contacting you, without deleting the record

Email remo@byremo.ai. We do not require a particular form of words, and there is no charge.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. The current version is always at byremo.ai/privacy.
